Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Midorico. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Please review our refund, return, and cancellation guidelines below:

Refunds & Exchanges

For any reason you are unsatisfied with our product, please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the original packaging.  Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval status. Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Order Cancellations 

Orders can't be modified after checkout. If you need to make a change, please place a new order and email us right away with your original order number so we can cancel it before it ships. If your order has already shipped, please return the item in an unused, sealed and in the original packaging

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect products). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation
