Returns
You may return unopened products within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval status. Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support immediately with your order number. If your order has already been processed and shipped, please proceed with a return if the item is no longer needed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect products). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
